What is the driving force behind a person's movement?
In general, money, fun, and meaning are the driving forces that make people move. What Koreans are good at is making money boring or meaningful things boring.
I have experienced various organizations during my social life for the past 30 years. It's not fun to go to any organization. Whether it's a money-seeking organization or a meaning-seeking organization, no one is happy when I enter the conference room. What kind of productivity, passion, and creativity will come out in this boring atmosphere?
Fun breeds passion, and passion doubles productivity. Life becomes a tragedy if it doesn't make money, if it doesn't make fun, or if it doesn't make sense. At least one out of three things in one's life must be met.
Pause for a moment and think.
Are you doing something that makes money? Are you doing something interesting? Are you doing something meaningful? If you don't have any of this in your life, you should redesign your life right now.
It's a blessing if you can do something that makes money fun and meaningfully. In your youth, you work for money and fun, and as you get older, you hope you can do what you like and meaningful.
I want to see you overflowing with money, fun, and meaning.
